Refund policy

At Life Supplements LLC, your health and satisfaction are our top priorities. We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide a smooth, trustworthy shopping experience. Please read our refund policy carefully.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products (health and dietary supplements), we can only accept returns under specific conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used supplements
  • Products with broken seals
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • A restocking fee may apply in certain cases

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement
  • After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item:

  1. Request a return (if eligible)
  2. Place a new order for the desired product

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary)
  • Contact your bank
